Important Notice:
- Please carry a valid ID (passport / Emirates ID)
- Transfers are available from Dubai Marina Mall, Burjuman Mall, Deira City Centre & Dubai Outlet Mall
- Wear comfortable clothing and footwear, including a light jacket, hat, and sunglasses (highly recommended)
- You should be able to climb in and out of the basket and stand unaided for at least one hour
- Balloon flight operation team will be calling you directly the evening before your flight to confirm the exact pickup time and location.
